STIHL and Burton Snowboards share a special relationship as STIHL sponsors the Burton Stash parks. Created by Burton Snowboards and unique to only six winter resorts worldwide, Burton Stash parks use natural elements to build terrain park-like features, giving riders an entirely different kind of resort snowboarding experience.

In the fall of 2019, we began to tell this story in an attention-grabbing way, starting at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Wyoming. We captured the content of the resort crew using STIHL products to maintain the property/build courses and heard firsthand why the STIHL and Burton relationship makes sense on so many levels.

Building the gnar.

Working with the team that tends to the mountain, we were able to showcase STIHL products in a unique way that no one has seen before. By shedding light on what it takes to build ramps and care for the local forestry that keeps the mountain safe, the content we captured still fuels holiday campaigns over 3+ years later.

It all starts with an idea (and plenty of teamwork). This crew showed how STIHL and Burton make the perfect partners. To "build the gnar," they rely on STIHL's battery-powered equipment, making it the go-to for shredding with a Burton board this winter.
